Michelle Kenna

Sales & Marketing Director

I am responsible for all sales and marketing initiatives of the new Australian Parks & Resorts brand. I lead a team responsible for the overall strategies for each property within the collection, to ultimately drive room rate & occupancy.

I have over 20 years experience in the tourism industry, specifically within resort sales and marketing. Most recently I was Sales and Marketing Director for Hamilton Island. I hold a Bachelor of Business Degree in Marketing.

Jeremy de Silva

Financial Controller

I am responsible for the Delaware North Australia Parks & Resorts Finance team. The finance team is responsible for all the daily reconciliations as well as producing weekly and monthly reports for the Resorts.

My duties also include Budgeting, Forecasting, Implementing internal controls and procedures.

I have over 18 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry and have held a variety of positions within the industry.

Janelle Wilson

Director of Sales

I am responsible for all trade sales and initiatives of the new Australian Parks & Resorts brand. I lead a team responsible for the sales strategies for each property within the collection, to ultimately drive room rate & occupancy.

I have over 17 years experience in the tourism industry, specifically luxury Australian resorts, having worked previously for Voyages Hotels and Resorts and Hayman Island.

Monique Jeffrey

Reservations Manager

I am responsible for the Operations of the Parks and Resorts Reservations Team in Melbourne and for the revenue and rate management of our resorts.

I oversee the day to day running of the reservations department and ensure that both industry standards and Delaware North value are met and adhered to.

I have been working in Reservations and Revenue Management positions for the past 4 years and have 10 years experienc working in Hotels and Resorts within Australia.
