Delaware North Companies International is a subsidiary of Delaware North Companies Inc.

Delaware North Companies International has two subsidiaries of its own - Delaware North Companies Australia and Delaware North Companies (UK).

Delaware North Companies Australia's divisions include Delaware North Food Services, Delaware North Retail Services, Delaware North Venue Services, Delaware North Management Services, Delaware North Property Services and Delaware North Services.

Two New Zealand divisions fall under the Delaware North Companies Australia banner - DNC (NZ) Retail Services and DNC (NZ) Food Services.

Delaware North Companies (UK) comprises Delaware North Companies (UK) Ltd, Delaware North Companies (Wembley) Ltd, Delaware North Companies (UK) Hospitality Services and Delaware North Companies (UK) Services Ltd.
