Gary Brown

I am responsible for the direction, review and monitoring of the hospitality and food services provided at each of our retail contract sites against individual annual plans and industry best practice. I ensure there is a strong focus on creative retail concepts and solutions while delivering leading hospitality services.
Richard Ayson
Executive Director Business Development

I am responsible for creating, maintaining and growing the business relationships between Delaware North Companies Australia and our existing and future contract partners. I search for new opportunities that allow us to create long term partnerships and grow our reputation as a global leader in hospitality and food services.
I also work with our existing partners on annual business planning and reporting processes that guide us in delivering on our promise of tailored and responsive service outcomes. This drives actions that assist us to retain existing and grow new business streams across retail, functions and special events.
I have worked in business development in Australia, the USA and the UK in a broad range of hospitality fields, including at the Athaneum Hotel in London and the Hollywood Museum.
Bryan Harris

I am responsible for the finance, administrative and supply aspects of the Australian and New Zealand corporate functions which includes business analysis and the measuring and monitoring of performance against plans and the development of initiatives to meet and exceed planned outcomes.
I joined Delaware North in October 2009 and have held various Commercial and Finance Director roles in both national and multinational company environments. I am a Chartered Accountant and hold a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree and a Master Degree in Business Leadership.
Bill Aggelis 
Regional Director - Catering, Sport & Leisure

I am responsible for directing and overseeing the operations of the sports stadia and leisure business for Delaware North companies across Australia and New Zealand. I work closely with senior site management to drive the company vision and deliver on the corporate plan. The Sports and Leisure portfolio consists of some of the most high profile stadia in Australia such as Etihad stadium in Melbourne, the Sydney Cricket Ground and the WACA cricket ground in Perth. I joined Delaware North in May 2007 after a long career in hospitality that began in the airport travel sector then transitioned into the major stadia hospitality field. I hold a bachelor degree in business management and am a member of the Venue Managers Association of Australia and New Zealand.
Helene Sexton 
Regional Director - Entertainment Leisure

I have been a member of the Delaware North executive for over a decade (having recently returned to the company after a brief hiatus) and I am a veteran of venue management in high volume multi-faceted operations. I presently fill an executive role, overseeing strategic and operational performance of catering services across the Entertainment Leisure portfolio which includes our prestigious Melbourne & Olympic Parks contract.
Kieran Fitzpatrick 
Director of Operations - Travel Hospitality Services

My responsibilities cover the Australian and New Zealand travel and hospitality services for Delaware North Companies Australia. DNC operate in all of the major airport locations within Australia as well as Wellington in New Zealand and a number of high profile rail locations throughout Melbourne and Sydney. I work with the executive team and a strong group of regional General Managers to help implement DNC's vision of being recognised as the preferred provider of products that foresee and satisfy the needs of customers passing through our travel locations.
I have worked extensively within the travel hospitality sector throughout the Asia Pacific Region and North America over the past fifteen years and hold a Bachelors Degree from the Royal Melb Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Hospitality and Business Management from the Hospitality Standards Institute of New Zealand.
